چکیده

ObjectiveTo compare the clinical effects of an inverted L-shaped postero-medial approach with a homemade hook plate and arthroscopic fixation Endobutton for tibial avulsion fractures posterior cruciate ligament.MethodsThe data 36 patients PCL from January 2012 to December 2019 were analyzed retrospectively. The classified into Meyers-McKeever types II III. Among them, 20 cases treated through (incision group), 16 under arthroscopy (arthroscopic group). operative time, fracture union complications range motion knee joint compared between two groups. stability was tested by drawer test, functional recovery evaluated Lysholm score, gastrocnemius muscle strength incision group performing heel raises single leg stance.ResultsThere no adverse events, such as nonunion, infection, deep-vein thrombosis, abnormal hematoma or stiffness, in either group. time shorter group, difference statistically significant (P < 0.05). There groups > At last follow-up, there score decrease group.ConclusionsThe is safe effective. It showed almost same satisfactory outcomes fixation.

[Treatment of tibial avulsion fractures of the posterior cruciate ligament].

BACKGROUND The posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) avulsion fracture from its tibial insertion is a rare condition. Despite the further technical advent in refixation of avulsion fractures, the reported failure rate of current approaches remains high and the optimal surgical technique has not been elucidated yet. The purpose of the current study is to present an all-inside arthroscopic reconstruc...

Posterior cruciate ligament mediated avulsion fracture of the lateral tibial condyle: a case report

Avulsion fractures of the posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) are uncommon. On the basis of the site of damage of the PCL, hyperflexion, pretibial trauma, and hyperextension are proposed as mechanisms of PCL injuries. On the other hand, avulsion fractures of the tibial condyle are also rare. We report a PCL-mediated avulsion fracture of the lateral tibial condyle along with the tibial insertion o...

Arthroscopic reattachment of an avulsion fracture of the tibial insertion of the posterior cruciate ligament.

We describe an arthroscopic technique for the treatment of isolated avulsion fracture of the tibial insertion of the posterior cruciate ligament. Arthroscopic examination of the injured joint permits visualization of the intra-articular structures and lavage of the joint. Such an approach reduces the risk of injury to the posterior neurovascular complex. K-wire fixation affords anatomic and rig...

Case Report Transverse patellar fracture with avulsion fracture of the tibial posterior cruciate ligament attachment: a case report

We present a case of patellar fracture with avulsion fracture of the tibial posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) attachment; to our knowledge, this is the first report of its kind. Patellar fracture is often accompanied by anterior knee pain, which can make it difficult to perform the draw test and thereby mask the PCL injury. Moreover, cases of avulsion fracture of the tibial PCL attachment are r...

Posterior Cruciate Ligament Tibial Avulsion treated with Open Reduction and Internal Fixation

The optimal treatment for thoracolumbar fractures (TLF) without neurological deficit remains controversial. Majority of the systematic reviews and meta-analyses have evaluated open operative approaches but have yet to compare the outcomes of minimally invasive percutaneous pedicle fixation (MIPPF) versus non-operative treatment. A retrospective cohort study was performed to compare clinical and...
